When a product shortage sparked national attention, I led a rapid-response PR campaign that transformed a potential crisis into a brand-building moment. Our work earned 4 billion media impressions, drove a 700% increase in social media following, and led to a 24% spike in sales — ultimately earning a 2022 SABRE Award for Issues Management.
As part of the campaign, we launched a Grape-Nuts Super Fan Page on Facebook, which quickly attracted 1,500+ followers and evolved into a vibrant community where fans continue to swap recipes, share nostalgic stories, and rally behind the brand.
